How should I clean my Studio Noos bag?
Most of our products, including our signature mom-bags, can be washed at 30 degrees on a cold cycle. We recommend air drying and avoiding the tumble dryer to maintain the fabric's texture and shape.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
